A founding member of the East German sprayer crew Ma’Claim, Case quickly became acknowledged as having established a new style in the international Graffiti scene. Together with the Ma’Claim members Tasso and Akut, case developed his characteristic photorealistic spraying technique.

Mac has gained increasing notoriety for his almost photorealistic depictions of both ordinary people and ethereal women, in a style that is uniquely his own. Mac's intricate brushwork styles have also gained attention, while some of his murals have become mini-landmarks.
